Insurance & Payment Policies
When you come to our office, we are sorry that we must ask you about your insurance coverage up front. We would certainly prefer to concentrate only on patient care. Changes in the insurance world mean we now have responsibility to your insurance company. We may be required to have primary care provider referrals, do pre-authorization for certain procedures, etc. In order to meet these insurer requirements, we have no choice but to get information from you before you are seen. HARBOUR WOMEN’S HEALTH ACCEPTS CASH, CHECKS (with identification), VISA AND MASTER CARD AS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES.
We have contractual agreements with the following insurers and will bill your insurance for you. Your co-pay is required upon check-in at the front desk.
Please note, due to the complexity of the many insurance plans available, you can confirm that your insurance plan is in our network by calling the member services line on your insurance card.
If you are covered by an insurer not listed above, payment is expected at the time of service. You will be provided with billing information to submit to your insurance company.
